The U.S. Postal Service unveils the 46-cent ``Celebrating Lunar New Year: Year of the Snake'' Forever stamp at the Monterey Park Lunar New Year Festival on Saturday Feburary 2, 2013 in Los Angeles, California. The Stamp artist Kam Mak, who was born in Hong Kong, China, grew up in New York City's Chinatown.
