    I have also read some artcle like this at http://blog.uniformpoint.com/post/2011/09/22/California-Nurses-To-Strike-Over-Benefit-Cuts-and-Other-Labor-Disputes.aspx. I haven't read it yet what the reason is but i hope that it wouldn't not continue.
