Chinese Protest Against Japan Over Diaoyu Islands Issue

A group of Chinese American demonstrate outside the Japanese consulate office in downtown Los Angeles, Friday, July 13, 2012, calling for Japan to leave the islets in the East China Sea called the Senkakus in Japan. The demonstration was in response to Tokyo Gov. Shintaro Ishihara's earlier announced plan for the municipality to buy the islets from a Japanese individual who claims ownership.
